Welcome to Utsav Factory! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before the setup begins.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as materials and time are already allocated.
- In case of an emergency from our side, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your event at your convenience.
3. Setup & Decor
- Our team requires access to the venue at least 2 hours before the event for setup.
- Any changes to the decor theme or color scheme must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- We are not responsible for decor damage caused by weather conditions, children, pets, or guests after the setup is complete.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure the venue is accessible, clean, and ready for setup.
- For outdoor setups, please arrange backup cover/shade in case of bad weather.
- We will not be responsible for delays due to venue access issues or restrictions not communicated in advance.
5. Use of Photos
- We may use photos and videos of your event decor for our portfolio and social media unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of booking.
6. Customizations & Add-ons
- Any extra items or customization requests beyond the agreed package may incur additional charges.
- Last-minute additions may not always be possible due to time or resource limitations.
7. Liability
- Utsav Factory is not liable for any injury or damage caused by balloons or decor materials once the setup is completed.
- Please ensure that young children do not chew or play with balloon scraps.
